Wetpaint is looking for a smart, analytical, strategic thinker to help drive our social distribution system with partner media businesses. We are in the process of working with the world’s leading publishers and helping to drive their social traffic, just as we have done with Wetpaint Entertainment. The role – Partnership Coordinator – will primarily focus on driving the integration of Wetpaint’s tools and testing platform to produce significant results for our partners. This will include day to day tracking of analysis and results, along with strategic and testing brainstorms and frequent communications with our clients to implement project plans. Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dig into the world of social media – where there is endless creativity and rigorous analysis that continue to power the media industry. 2-3 years of strategy, business analysis or marketing experience required. Previous client-facing experience is preferred, along with a desire to be on the cutting edge of digital media.

Primary Responsibilities

Own product implementation at partner businesses:

  • Set out plans and necessary actions for social and technology teams to be developed and drive results at our client sites
  • Track the progress on these items and work collaboratively with clients to gain progress where needed

Develop social strategy and testing program:

  • Work with clients and Wetpaint social teams to develop client-specific social media strategies that are based on Wetpaint’s proven approach, but personalized and tested in the partner sites with our technology platform
  • Creatively brainstorm test ideas with clients and assist in the execution, analysis and recommendations coming out of the experiments that are constantly run

Monitor partner traffic and analyze results:

  • Review daily, weekly and monthly traffic for partner businesses and ensure that these results align with our client commitments
  • Partner with clients to identify opportunities for growth based on achieved results

  • Client ready – be ready to work with and drive results across all layers within another organization
  • Highly analytical – having a strong desire to know the numbers and dig deeper for insights is important

  • Collaborative spirit – pitching in, helping out and investing in others is part of our culture
